I hope you are all well.
Thank you to Paula for organising for Fr Dillon to visit us last Friday, and to all the mums who helped to run the craft activity. And a huge thanks to Father for traveling all that way to enrol the children in the brown scapula, hear confessions and give a talk on sacrifice. It was such a lovely day! Some photos from Father’s talk and the activity have been uploaded into the image gallery.
Jen has kindly offered to show us how to make kites!
She needs to order the materials so please contact her to let her know you’re coming (check the newsletter or email me directly if you need her details.)
It should be a fun day for all, I hope to see you there.

The last Activity Day was very enjoyable, a big thank you to Natalia for her efforts!
The next Homeschool Activity Day will be held this Friday, 17th February at 10.00am.
Paula has arranged for Fr. Nicholas Dillon to come and visit our activity group. Fr. Dillon is the parish Priest of St Philip’s, Blackburn North. He celebrates Mass in both the Novus Ordo and the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite. Father is also an accomplished organist and has played in several countries throughout the world.
Fr. Dillon has kindly offered to talk with the children about sacrifice, a timely topic as we approach the penitential season of Lent. Father has also offered to hear confession, and enrol our children in the brown scapula. After the talk, the children will participate in a liturgical craft activity, meanwhile parents will have an opportunity to share morning tea and have a chat with him.
If you have any enquiries please email me at email@example.com .
We hope to see you all this Friday.
